Known as "The Happiest Place on Earth," it's fair to say that Disneyland is also one of the most famous theme parks on Earth. Opened in 1955, the park has since entertained over 500 million guests. The park features a variety of attractions and rides inspired by Disney's most popular characters, as well as theme-specific rides such as "Pirates of the Caribbean," "The Haunted Mansion," "Space Mountain," and "Star Tours."

Knott's Berry Farm traces its humble beginnings back to the Knott family farm. The farm's owner, Walter Knott, and his wife earned a modest living selling berries from a stand on the side of the road. It was after his wife began cooking fried chicken dinners that the Knott's farm transformed from a berry stand to one of the most popular areas around. To entertain guests as they waited several hours for Mrs. Knott's fried chicken, Walter Knott built a replica ghost town, and thus Knott's Berry Farm the amusement park was born.
Today, both Walter Knott's ghost town and Mrs. Knott's restaurant still stand, but they are now accompanied by some of the most exciting thrill rides in Southern California. Knott's Berry Farm is also host to the Halloween Haunt, a famous Halloween celebration that runs through the month of October and draws crowds from around the country.

Medieval Times invites you to take a trip back to the middle ages, where you'll enjoy a meal and show fit for a king!
